Drawing on my experience and training, I create and coach you through an exercise program that will be sure to meet your goals. I will join you and help you on your journey of becoming your best self. Recognizing that every individual is different, what works well for some people will not for others. There is a wide variety of individuals I work with. Some have very lofty goals like those at the highest level of competitive athletics and those looking to radically reshape their bodies in a short period of time. Some fall in the middle like those trying to stay fit looking, trying to lose weight, or those who simply want to simply exercise to stay healthy. Some have injuries or even disabilities. For them, what might seem like a very modest goals, may very well be monumental achievements in scale. Sometime a one-on-one session is too focused and intense, too expensive for some, or just not as fun for others. At the same time, those same people that feel this way may also find that a class or group training session simply does not provide enough personal hands-on guidance and attention, is too embarrassing or annoying to have so many other people around them, or the times are not convenient enough. For those people, a one-on-two is the perfect answer as it provides personal attention along with the fun and flexibility of being able to share this great experience with a friend.
