ANOTHER BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
SO... I got engaged this past month!!! To some of you that have seen me around the gym for the past several years with a smile on my face every single day would have no reason to believe that my life was any different than it was five years ago. But for those of you that know my story, I have found my happy ending. It has been a long road to get here, but I made it through the storm and I'm beyond elated to spend the rest of this lifetime with my best friend. Life is a joy every time I get to work with one of you. It's an honor for me to help you on your journey to become more healthy and fit and join you in the celebration. In fact, it was my fiancé (doesn't that have a nice ring to it!) who taught me this lesson. As we met in the gym, I have learned so much from him, and perhaps most importantly, how to celebrate everyday no matter what! When I go for a run or enter a gym, it becomes not about my problems but about my successes and joys. It becomes about the open road, the weights and all of you. My training has always helped me to get though the hardest times in my life, given me strength and has helped me to celebrate my life no matter what. So, as I look forward to the brightest future filled with love, I look to my training to help me celebrate all that is good. Come celebrate with me this month and get TMACFIT!! Come take a class with me, train with me or celebrate in your own way. However you choose to do it this month, CELEBRATE because it's CRUSH TIME!
