The beauty of the way I run things is that you can go at your own pace if you feel like you need to take it easy, while at the same time I will help you realize that nothing is ever stopping you from surging ahead and stepping it up! My Body Camp is a team approach for a positive, high-energy experience designed to burn off fat and tone muscles in just the right way. In my camp, you'll be challenged with my unique and powerful combination of cardiovascular drills, resistance training and other specialty exercises that I've perfected on my own body to create the best possible physique in the shortest amount of time. There’s no denying that my Body Camp is intense and powerful, but done before you know it. It’s an uplifting, physical celebration of what your body can really do.
